In 2010, I heard about an Edible Book Contest that our University library was going to be hosting for the first time. Since I had Twilight fever at the time, I ended up making a monstrous Twilight SPAM musubi. Since nori (sea weed sheets) don’t really give a uniform surface when put onto rice, I had to make a “book cover” with a thick egg omelet, which really complicated things.
